[School lunch report: Japanese beef lunch at Seiwa Elementary School]

On February 19, beef steak using Japanese beef from Yamagata Prefecture was offered at Seiwa Elementary School.

    Menus are milk, soft French bread, beef steak, mashed potatoes, corn salad, and strawberries.
    I used thigh meat for the steak, so I devised a way to make it soft and baked it as hard as possible. I also used garlic salt rock salt for seasoning.
    The first grader who saw the served lunch seemed to be unable to wait, saying, "It looks delicious, I want to eat it sooner (* ´Д `)".
