Venue change “14th Horikiri Great Kite Flying Tournament”

The venue for the 14th Horikiri Kite Flying Tournament on Saturday, January 15th was changed from Arakawa Riverbed to Horikiri Junior High School due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

Only Horikiri Junior High School students will participate in this tournament.
